Relaunching NEXT

NEXT Creatives is an affordable portfolio development program for junior creatives who just need a little extra boost to get their careers off the ground.

NEXT is also the program that personally helped me land my first full-fledged agency job. So when the program was facing extinction, I wanted to do something about it. My Ad2 counterpart and I reorganized the program. We got a few creative directors on board. And we wrote three spots designed to drive juniors to apply. We were very fortunate to have Futuristic Films agree to help us bring the videos to life.

In the end, NEXT Creatives received more applications for the 2011/2012 year than the program had ever seen before.
